Hangzhou Herui Medical Holding Co. Ltd. (HHMH) was founded in 2004 with registered capital of 50 million RMB Yuan (US$ 1.00 ~ RMB￥ 7.6). HHMH participates in medical investment and management of investment risk, coordinates the development of medicine, healthy products and medical appliances, and provides economical information service such as hospital investment. Currently, HHMH has been the primary investor of several companies that include Hangzhou Zhencheng Medical Co. Ltd., Hainan Haochuang Medical Co. Ltd., Hangzhou Fengling Informanion C ounseling Co. Ltd., and Lishui Jinma Chemical Co. Ltd., etc. By the end of 2006, the total capital of HHMH exceeded 300 million RMB Yuan, and the net capital reached 100 million RMB Yuan.
Among the companies held by HHMH, Zhencheng Medical Co. Ltd. supplies the medicine wholesale through the second- and the third-end terminal market. Currently, it deals over 6000 kinds of Chinese and chemical medicines, and it is becoming one of the leaders that own the most terminal users in the medical commodity circulat ion in Zhejiang. Hainan Haochuang Medical Co. Ltd. deals medical development and manufacturing. Its manufacturing plant covers 76000 m 2 , equipped with various advanced production lines that can produce small-capacity injection, along with large-capacity injection, freeze-drying powder injection, cephalosporin-class powder injection, anti-tumor drug, herb extraction and raw herbs. Currently, over 100 new medicines have been developed within Haochuang Medical Co. Ltd. Certificates for production and/or for clinic test have been obtained for 40 of these medicines. Jinma Chemical Co. Ltd. is an enterprise that produces fine chemicals. It produces and/or processes many kinds of medical intermediates as well as various raw medical materials.
